Export fibermesh with polypaint

Hi folks , (first of all please excuse my english , i’ll try to be as clear as possible)
I created a cat in zbrush that i want to use as a prop in other applications for achviz scenes (like 3dsmax).
I polypainted the cat and applied the fibermesh onto it , so fibers get the colors from polypaint.
Everything works fine when i use the pbr in zbrush , but when i export it to 3dsmax, all the fibers become white .
i tried to unwrap fibers subtools with UVmaster, but the operation cancel due to a lack of memory, i tried the fiber uv button but it doesnt work too…

i searched in the forum, i found this post with the same issue

but can’t find any answer to my problem …

thank you guys.

Exporting PolyPaint for use in another program… - ZBrushCentral

Have you read this one? Maybe, this will help.

Hi, afaik polypaint uses vertex color.
Do you have a lot of vertices in your hair to support the color you want?
In any case it’s strange it turns white.
Have you use the vertex paint modifier in max on it?
Can you recolor it with the modifier?
