Ztools merging and exporting merged maps

Hi,
I have a creature that is made up of 5 subtools, all have individual uv maps and texture maps. I want to merge them all into one tool (for obj export) and I want all of the maps merged and intact for the obj export. I tried “Merge Visible” with the Weld and Uv checked but nothing happens. If I check Weld and Uv and keep merging down the uvs are screwed up.

I tried subtool master and after merge all the uvs were gone and my creature was white. I tried Mltimap exporter and it only exported all the tools separately then left my creature white all over.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
