So I recently bought the Digital Sculpting the Human anatomy book and some of the Ztools that come with it won’t load. Does anyone know what the reason could be or have they had any issues with it? I have Zbrush 3.1. Thanks.
Odds are that the files were created with 3.5 or 4. Files are not forward compatible – you can’t load a file from a later version on an earlier version.
Is there a reason you haven’t upgraded to ZBrush 4, since it’s a free upgrade?
Its just what my school has. So is there nothing I can do to get them working? I couldn’t import them into maya or blender and convert them to and obj?
I don’t think Maya or Blender can import ztl. files.
