zspheres question

|hi there,
|
got a few questions about using zspheres. probably pretty basic. i did look at your info site but didn’t see anything that addressed the question.

so i’m building a humanoid creature using zspheres. it looks pretty good, but i have a few issues with symmetry. my model is almost complete. …head, torso, arms, legs. however, there seems to be a twist where the neck begins. the neck is built off of a larger zsphere. there are two neck sections and one head section. within these three zspheres there is a slight, but noticeable twist in that area. (when viewing with adaptive skin preview).

i don’t know how to control this.
oh, and also i want to include horns on my character’s head. when i pull new zspheres out, they aren’t exactly the same size, or perfectly mirrored. i tried correcting by setting a new pivot point, but that didn’t help. so i decided either i don’t know how to do it successfully, or its not possible?

anyways, some advice would be welcome.

thanks for your time.

thanks for the reply steve.
i’ll have to view the rest of those online tutorials too.
however, i think i figured out my problem. i ended up
adding new zspheres from the top view and for what ever
reason they became perfectly centered. i don’t understand
why the same result doesn’t occur when i’m in front view, but
thanks again for your suggestion.
