ZSpheres looses symmetry...

When I try to work with ZSpheres, ZBrush at some point looses symmetry. I add some sheres for a torso, turn symmetry on by pressing “x” and add legs, refine them, add arms and a neck and head… and then I try to edit the legs again but only one of them changes. Symmetry mode is still on but it doesn´t find the other leg anymore. The only way I can fix this is by starting over.

What is the reason for that?

You should turn symmetry on from the very beginning. While your torso zspheres might have looked like they where centered on one axis they were not.

With symmetry on you will notice the cursor turns green at some points. This means you will add a single zsphere on your symmetry axis. Use the green cursor state to place your torso zspheres.

Thanks. How to place ZSpheres exactly in a line was anyway something I wanted to know. So far I spent plenty of time just to place i.e. torso zspheres as good as possible on the X-axis.
