zSphere with 2 parents possible?

im editing as to not repost this thread…

you must have replied before i removed the ascii which was not displaying correctly. also, when I impress… i do it with art, not illustrations.

Im tring to create a base mesh where i fork a zsphere ( like you would for a bipedal person’s arms or legs, but then i want to rejoin those arms back to another body. So basically, you start with the root and create 2 children using symmetry. then I want to attach those 2 children to a single zsphere. Is this possible?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. -Velik

no.
also, you cannot copy/paste zspheres anymore(since 3.0). you can however make two meshes or multiple meshes and use the topology tools to weld them together. or just redraw you arm etc. evenutally once you play with zspheres enough its not much of hassle to remake parts.

i’m curious as to who you are trying to impress with the ascii instead of a simple drawing or even screen cap of zbrush.
