ZSphere to Polymesh3d

I am having some issues with my model, when adding and removing clay I created the model originally using ZSpheres, and then turned it into a poly model, the issue I am having is with the extension of my models toes and fingers. I seem to have an issue with the crease, no matter what I do with the clay, add or remove it seems to still have a crease of some form. Can anyone help me? I am unsure if this is where I should ask this question. If you need the file or the entire model, please let me know.

it would be good to have the file so I know what you are talking about …but, did You create the adaptive mesh ? or you just pressed A and start modeling? A is the preview but if you are done with the zsphere armature you should make adaptive…
I imagine thats what you did and you have a tool named skin_zsphere…
Now, I think your problem comes from the topology… you should try dynamesh with enough resolution to keep fingers etc…and do all your modeling that way…then retopologize with zremesher if you need to…

I am having issues uploading the file for you, I mean if i remove some items or just save it as a tool i may be able to show you but still the file is a bit large, I am fairly new to zBrush and I am experimenting around. This will be my first model. If this hep at all let me know, this is something i made when i started the model, I am simply retouching and refining what I have to be something that shows a quality that is good enough to post in my opinion. I will continue to attempt to decrease my file size to find a way to get it on here, also I am uploading a zip dil on to dropbox, and see if I can’t post the file there for download.
