Zsphere rigging probem

Hello, Im having some problem while trying to pose a mesh with zspheres. After I bind the mesh to the zsphere. I try to rotate a joint and the mesh simply disapears, if I unbind the mesh reapears. But every single time the mesh is binded and I try to move, os rotate a zsphere to pose the mesh this problem occours and I have know idea how to solve it. I used as a guide as video from pixologic at youtube, but he autor neve mentioned what happens and I’m following his steps.
Thanks in advance.

Please provide the exact steps to duplicate the problem. We’ll then be able to see if we get the same results.

That’s what I did:
Loaded a ztool; Switched the tool and selected a zsphere; Entered edit mode; Under the tool > rigging menu I selected “Select Mesh”; Selected my ztool and started to create the rigging, I followed the rigging from this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmury2eT_io&feature=related; After that I clicled on “Bind Mesh”; Under the Adaptive skin menu I changed the “Density” to 6 to correspond with my max subdivision level; Shift + clic in Preview to get the detail; Cliced in my mesh once and got out of preview after that; So when I started posing the mesh, after the first clic in a zsphere or even in the chain, the rigg moves, but the mesh is gone.

I tried too with the Transpose Master feature which is basically the same, but the problem persisted.
Thank you for the support.

I have the same problem when I try to rig a decimated mesh. Even if I delete the decimationmaster cache the problem is still there, and even if I save the decimated tool and restart zbrush and try to rig again.
Maybe there is a way to normalize a mesh so that it can be rigged.
Btw I don’t have subdivision levels on the tools I’ve tried rigging.
