I have some issues with zsphere when making a simple hand, it looks like my spheres mash up all together once i press A on the keyboard. What can i do to have a good, acceptable topology when i initialize it ?

Turn off ‘Use Classic Skinning’ in ‘Tool > Adaptive Skin’.
I’ve tried what you said, but it lightly changed anything, its still messy
