zsphere issue

Hi everyone

its my first time using zspheres and all is wel except when i make the hand on the character and go to adaptive skin the polygons look messed up. Its like they dont have room to fit on the main hand zsphere. ive tried everyhting but for some reason when i adaptive skin my character the hand looks weird

I made the hand by adding 5 zpsheres to the main hand part and then adding other pulling them out etc… I just want a basic shape i can sculpt from and export to maya to UV

I have tried making the main sphere bigger and no overlapping the spheres and everyhting and nothing seems to help the polygon layout in adaptive skin
