I saw a post that recommended re-initializing ZBrush through Preferences -> Initialize ZBrush. But how do I backup my ZBrush settings so they aren’t also lost?

This was occurring on a MacBook Pro, but once I rebooted Mac OSX, I was able to use ZSpheres again. So problem appears to be solved for now.
