You must love doing creatures. I think your Godzillia is the best out of the scene.
I never would of known the head was a separate mesh from the body looking at the textured version. You could of had it the same mesh but it good that is has its own texture map for high resolution. The spikes could of been lower poly down the spine of Godzilla.
Anyways great sculpt of Godzilla.
