is it possible to change the transparency of the zsketch model when you click ShowSketch button ???
because when i do this, i can not really see good the armature inside the zsketch, so if any idea to make this better ??

You could turn on Transp and then turn off Ghost. Both are on the right shelf. This will dramatically change the way that the transparency is drawn.
