I ZBrush 2 I had this nifty plugin that allowed me to customize the keyboard
shortcuts to my own taste. Is there a new version for ZB3 of this
extension?

In ZBrush 3, simply Ctrl+Click on an interface element. Then press the key combination you’d like. When things are set up the way you want, you can save the hotkeys through the Preferences palette. There are special buttons to save and load hotkeys.
