Zremesher remeshes new model into previous model

I used Zremesher to remesh an island model a week ago, and today I’m trying to do the same for a foot, but when I try to remesh the foot, and I thought Zremesher was somehow flattening my sculpt and giving it weird topology, but what its really doing is somehow it brings back the island topology instead, every single time. Does Zremesher have some sort of history I can delete?
