ZPR files crashing

I have 2 ZBrush project files that won’t open. When I try to open them Zbrush 4 crashes, here’s what it tells me:

I have Windows 7 64-Bit with 8 GB of RAM. These files are very important, if I can’t get any of the information out of one of these files I’ll lose over 2 days worth of work! Can someone please help me before I have a nervous breakdown?

Files are corrupt. No saving them.
Save in iterations next time and you’ll be fine.

Found some saved files in this directory:
C:\users\public\Pixologic\GoZProjects\Default

I didn’t know that Zbrush was saving any files here, but I was able to recover my project. Hopefully that will help someone else.

And I save plenty of iterations but it didn’t help the last 3 were corrupted. Maybe I should stop using ZPR files and stick with ZTL since I haven’t had any problems since.

I had no idea there were any problems with ZProject files until I came to this forum, maybe Pixologic should get on fixing that.

ZBrush keeps saving files that crash the program on opening.
I have asked for help from pixologic with this and there is nothing forthcoming.
I save iterations but this is a severe problem. I also save the iteration twice on seperate disks and ZBrush is writing corrupt file at least 1 in 3.
This is very poor. I am thinking about looking at alternatives.
