ZPlugin Dilemma

I installed the ZTree ZPlugin into ZPlugs (in the ZStartup folder), yet when I open ZBrush (4R6), it doesn’t appear under ZPlugin. In order to open the ZTree plugin, I have to open up the ZTree.zsc file, below the ZTreeDAta folder. Is there a way of permanently mounting the ZTree plugin in ZPlugin, without having to go digging for the ZSC file? Thank you in advance!

Kevin

You have ZB4R6 P2? You must have done something wrong, script file shouldn’t be inside the other folder. Both the .zsc and the folder should be in “~Pixologic\ZBrush 4R6\ZStartup\ZPlugs”

Silly me! I moved the ZSC file to the ZPlugin folder and now it appears upon openning. Thanks Doug!!

YW

Seems now I can’t open any ZTree ZS model, even though the ZTree plugin now mounts under the ZPlugin. Weird. I’ve included an image of my ZPlugin folder and the ZTree plugin.

Oh , I see … You have an extra folder called ztree and inside that should be the ztreedata folder . The Ztreedata folder has to be placed directly in the zplug folder

Problem solved! Thank you very much for the prompt reply. Replied to your pm as well.
