Zooming in the camera is going to a pre designated part of the canvas everytime

Hello Zbrushers of the world.
I am currently working on my first Zbrush project and have been loving it so far. Well, I was. But I have come up against a technical problem which I CANNOT figure out.
Basically, for the last few days, when I zoom in on my object, the camera always goes to a pre designated point on it, which is sometimes in the models chest. So, if i am working on the hands, for example, when I zoom in, the camera will track back to the centre of the model instead of zooming in how one would expect. It seems that I have set a pivot point or a point of interest or something like that, maybe??
I’m hoping it’s an easy fix but have looked all over and cant seem to find a solution.
I really hope someone can help me!!

Thanks in advance!

Check that you have the Local button on - right hand side of the interface, or in the Transform palette. This ensures that zooming and rotating are centred on the last edited part of your model.
