I’m have a problem with a movie recording with Zbrush. I can no longer open the video file. And every time I try to open it I get the following error message "error has been encountered while trying to load the file. Loading has been aborted. ( It maybe becuase are too big)
Is there anyone help I would greatly appreciate it. thanks
How large is the file?
What happens if you try setting the Preferences>Performance>PreLoad File Size value to its max?
The largest file is about 4,000,000 kb (4 GB)
And I maxup pre load and it did not work
Well, first off no file over 4 GB in size can be loaded by a 32-bit application. The OS just won’t allow it.
Even fairly close under that size you can be pushing things.
ok that makes sense
But I still got other files that are much smaller then 4 GB that are giving me the same problem

I just got to learn yo make the videos smaller and Export as .mov before the file gets corrupted.
same problem here…file is 3.2 gb and I’m on OSX 10.7.2 with ZB 4 R2. I’ve 4 i7 and 8 gb of ram.
