ZModeler Extrude Edge

Hello, please, make that it’s possible to Extrude the edge of a siingle-sided mesh without automatic thickness added. This is essential feature for subdiv which is in every modeling program (Maya, Softimage, etc.). It would be nice o not hop in different programs to do such simple things. If you don’t quite understand what exactly I mean, open Maya and Extrude the edge of a simple plane by holding Shift and moving the edge (Here is image from google: http://ucbugg.github.io/learn.ucbugg/images/organic-modeling/frog_100.jpg).

As a variant, the feature to extrude the edge through masking (ZModeler transpose) or Gizmo Ctrl+movement (now it works only if there is thickness of the mesh (basically, it’s extrude poly), without thickness Gizmo is just trying to mask the mesh). Thank you.

That would be great. In my opinion the Zmodeler was left as work in progress. It is useful, but could match better other standard tools.
