In maya the bevel has chamfer option which makes a nice round bevel, but I think zbrush does not have sth like that.
Zmoddeler does not have this feature in the way you mean.
However, edge loops without creasing or reinforcing geometry usually produce a rounded edge when subdivided anyway, so I usually just let Catmull-Clark take care of this.
You could however, do this with an extra step. Bevel the edge with two rows, then swivel the middle loop outwards to make the curve. Crease or reinforce the other edges as desired. When subdiveded or previewed with dynamic subdivision, this will make a curved bevel.
actually I mention these as a wish. maybe someday pixologic add these features to zmodeler
Feature requests should be submitted via support ticket if you want to actually get them in the hands of the developers.
+1 here. It would be great to have such edge bevel.
