hi,
i have a problem with zmapper. when i go to the zmapper, i didnt see options window - slider and button, tabs…where are they? is there any short-cut / on-off key to show it up ? bug ? an error ? the only i see was my mesh with purple colour, orange circle at top left, and numbers at bottom left.
does anyone know how to fix this ?
should i re-install zbrush ?

Most likely your screen resolution is insufficient. ZMapper can’t display the menu if there isn’t enough room for it. You’ll need to either increase your resolution, or try closing the side trays to increase the available canvas space.

Please don’t post the same question more than once! 
I actually still have this problem or something very similar. I follwed the normal map tutorials on Zbrush.com but when I click the Zmapper button no new window appears with any options. It’s like I never pushed it. I closed all the dividers and played with my screen resolution but still nothing.
