ZMapper Normal Map issue

hy all, here’s the problem. I have no overlaps on UV map, seam are nicely gradient in ZMapper, but when I create normal map I get these unicolor spots on certain areas of my model. I Zsubed these areas, and tried again only to see that worked out. But I’d like to know if this is the only cause of this problem.

first off. you should upgrade to 3.5…normals work much better in there.

on this point. you need to increase your raycasting distance. your rays are stopping before hitting any geometry…hence the “flat” look.
