must be my open gl graphic card setting, how to access the open gl settings?

you have to access those settings through your graphics card.

most cards that support OGL have software and drivers with them…get the latest and greatest, then try again.
I couldn’t find the opengl repair function, look through intel and opengl website, none of the download works, says my system don’t meet minimum requirement.
Thanks anyway, I will look for a technician.
