Looks great! I don’t know the character myself, but you got me interested so i did a little searching. From what i can see you’ve really captured the like-ness. The work on the head/face is awesome.
Perhaps the shape of the feet could be refined some more, the outer edge seems a bit high.

Looking pretty good. One thing I noticed: His left or forward knee doesn’t look right on the posed image. It shouldn’t be pointing straight at the viewer like it is, but it should be pointing more in the direction of the foot. Either that, or the foot is off - Something is in the wrong direction anyway.
Damn ,i had’nt see that , now you make me figure it out i realise it’s the leg which is twisted too much.

Good start. I think his arms look a bit too short.
I would personally go for less muscular definition. The legs look fine, but the abdominals, collarbones and shoulder muscles are so strongly defined its a bit distracting for me, almost like a hard but thin plastic shell over his real body that mimics a super defined torso. Reminds me of the George Clooney Batman, but that very well may be the look you’re going for.
i just reprecise that this work il already finished and that the latest pics are just some of my screens during the progress .
Playing around with the hue of the color pass , it gives you infinite possibilities with super hero costume colors 
and you get results in seconds no need to remake the render.

I prefer a lot better the original colors. Your fan art is very close from the original, congratulation on that. I jump in the thread without reading the title and I didn’t have a doubt about the character (I’m a big M.Katsura fan)
For the critics, perhaps some problems with the lips. I didn’t really take care for the first screencaptues, but I find it a little bit strange in your last screen captures.
Will you do some I"s character after that one? :)~
Hey I like this rendition! It’s the “movie” version of Zetman? hahah
You called him an OLD character… but the drawing looks like a pretty recent style… when was Zetman created?
Now that you’re done, why not try to make him look all freaky like the manga version!
Is the background also a render of the same model? it looks really cool.

Zetman was a novel drawn by katsura in 1994 and was just composed of 49 pages.
Then , in 2002 , the author decided to retake the base of this story and made a real manga , actually there is 8 books , maybe 9 in japan .
this is why the pictures look like a fresh style . you were right ^^.
actually i’m not planing to make an " IS " character , but it should be very cool i suppose , but actually i have an other project in mind , maybe later
Masakazu had a real artistic impact on me ( for the drawings ) and sometimes you can see it a little bit in my 3d works , visit my online folio , some female heads looks like katsura design , enjoy
