Here at ZBrushCentral, you already know there is a wealth of helpful tips and tricks, expert advice and inspiring images.

Now, you can download this valuable information and view it in your ZScript window.

At the top of each topic page in the ZBrush Forum, you’ll see the button marked “Download to ZBrush”. Clicking this button converts the topic to a downloadable ZScript which you can load (by pressing “Load” in the ZScript palette), and view within the ZBrush interface.

ZBC/Converted ZScripts Browser
You’ll likely gain enormous benefits from having all this helpful ZBC information at ready reference, and you may download lots of topics. The ZBC/Converted ZScripts Browser is a utility that helps you manage your downloaded ZBC topics.

This browser loads inside the ZBrush ZScript window, and manages all your downloaded ZBC topics. Add / delete / replace titles, sort items and more.

To download the Browser: You’ll be given an opportunity to download the Browser when you click to download any topic.

To use the Browser: Unzip your downloaded topics, in their enclosing folders, into the Browser’s folder.

Note: The Browser makes use of certain features not available in the Demo, and requires the commercial version of ZBrush. Demo users can download and view topics one at a time, and can use the ZLauncher to mark them for quick access.

We hope you enjoy this new feature, provided to give you better access to ZBrushCentral’s resources. If you have any trouble downloading or using these files, let us know in the Feedback/Troubleshooting Forum.

Wow! I have been out of the loop for awhile, and just found this. This is brilliant! “No more searching for that post you saw sometime last month, what was it called? Darn had some good info in it, now if I can just remember!!”

Many thanks!

Donna

Well done Davey! This will definatly make other software makers sit up and take notice! Your’ve really been thinking outside the square here, and set-the-bar as a new software innovation. I wouldn’t be suprised if this starts being copied into other programs!
Incorporating your online-database into your main software package is just brilliant!
Upham

PS. ZLauncher is brilliant also! I hope it’s the default ZScript in version 1.6

I have not seen the “Download to ZBrush” button on any of the threads. Is this button sensitive to browser settings?
