zbrush4 window stays minimized at launch and crashes if clicked on, help!!

zbrush 3/ 4 has worked great for me up until yesterday when i try to launch it i get the same icon that looks like this

but zbrush stays minimized in the taskbar and any attempt to maximize it causes it to crash. I got it to launch a couple times doing weird things like pressing the space bar in the desktop region but even that doesn’t work now.

Has anyone heard of this problem before and if so can you give me some help.

can’t say I’ve ever heard of it before. I would try a fresh install. If that doesn’t work I would submit a ticket to support.
