I have made several custom user interfaces for zbrush. Whenever I hit the load UI button it wont load the UI that I have saved. I also try to store the UI after it is made by hitting the store config button. After closing zbrush and reopening it again it returns back to the UI I had before I made my custom UI. I also get a bunch of blocked out silhouettes where my custom UI changed where when I go to setting> customize UI
Do you have ZB4 R6 P2?
what are you trying to put in those areas? are they custom brushes that aren’t loading on start up?
You should update, I didn’t see the image yesterday. You are aware of the fact that the UI is context sensitive and therefore some things will NOT show up when you launch? Then when you choose a tool, as if by magic the UI is there. 
I am just trying to put brushes there not custom ones i made just the ones that come standard with zbrush that you find in lightbox.
Do i not have the latest version? And can you please elaborate on what you mean when you say it is context sensitive? And yes something dont show up at launch and like you said “Sometimes” when you select a tool it will appear like magic.
ZPlugins>AutoUpdate. As an example, my UI will not show the sliders in the left pallette unless there is a tool in edit mode as they are from the deformation pallette. HTH
