Hi - I’m just wondering if it’s possible to bring an illustrator curve into zbrush and extrude it into hard edged geometry as one does in Maya, 3DS, etc.

I would propose to use an other 3D program to create your object from the spline, convert it to an polygon object and then use GoZ (or export it as an OBJ file) to bring it in ZB.
