I bought a new computer and I have a new weird zbrush probem(r6,r7 ). I added screenshot . My problem is sometime freezes the zbrush screen.It’s happening once a day.Zbrush is working (all tools working,you can save your model or you can do ,what ever you want but screen freezes).for example ,I’m looking a screenshot. What is the problem? My new graphic card,Nvidia 980 GTX? What is the solutions? I have to restart all time…
That looks like the issue is with your video card or drivers. Try re-installing the video drivers or if you can try a spare video card to troubleshoot
Thank you for reply. I tried to update drivers but it’s not working. It’s happening once a day. I wrote to pixologic support and they said “It looks like this happens when you use the Quick Menu, which is a known issue. Until we can release the upcoming patch for 4R7 (I don’t have a date for that yet), you’ll want to avoid using that feature.”
This is not a video card problem.
What is happening is the menu that comes up with space bar or right click gets stuck on screen.
You can still save your project/model but you have to kill the program.
This has been in zbrush for a long time, but 4r6 seems to get of it and i’m sad to see its return. I’m going to submit a ticket and see where that gets me and will report back here. Or maybe someone else has a idea about this?
This has been happening to me several times a day. I don’t get the static until i minimize zbrush and re focus to it.
