I’ve been registered and using zbrsh for a few years now. I have registrations and passowrds for registering, zvclassroom, and the forums.
NOW it looks like I need to reactivate, and also reregister yet again in the new support forum.
And in addition, my activated registered copy I’ve been using for years now no longer starts, and needs re activation.
Honestly, I have no idea where to start looking for how to register it, and I can’t file a support ticket, because the new support center doesn’t recognise my damned serial number!
Why do I need 4 sets of working logons and passwords to access the zrbusgh websites, and why was my activated copy turned off, forcing me toi reregister it?
Why weren’t registered users just added to the new support center?
I logged on today lookiong to see if the August update was made available. Instead I found my copy of zbrush doesn’t work now, I had to hunt and follow posts in forums to find the new support center (No email sent out to registered users?), and I can;t even contact support about my issue, because I can’t register!
Needless to say, I’m kinda PO’d. Let me spend a half hour now rooting around and hunting down my documentation and case for zbrush from a few years ago, to see if I can get it functioning again.
Why can’t I just register one damned time, and then just use everything here?
