Zbrush UV import?

Hey guys! i have one little question…

I’m modeling one character in ZB… I Have 6…7 levels of subdivision… i want export the lowest subdiv. to map it in other software, and import only the new uvs’, keeping the all subdivs and details that i sculped on other 6 subdivs, can I do this?
i’m sorry if this a noob question, but i need to know hehehe

Use GoZ
It will export your lowest subD to whatever package you are using (hopefully - sorry if you are using Blender).
Do your UV’s.
Hit the GoZ button in your 3D software and it will send it back to ZBrush with the new UV’s.
It’s really quite amazing!

GoZ in junction with Mulit Map Exporter is quite amazing!

—this is only for Z4. If you are using 3.5 or earlier you can do the UV’s in Maya (or whatever) and then reimport back to ZBrush with you lowest subD active. It will automatically reproject the detail.
