Hey,
Just got a ZBrush trial, and it worked fine at first, made something, saved it etc. fine.
Just tried to re-launch it and it goes to the grey loading screen with the ZBrush 3.1 logo, makes a noise that I think means error or something (y’know the type) and never launches, just stays on that screen…
Any Helpers?

Have you installed any plugins or other startup files? Made any changes to your system?
Nope not at all =/
It worked fine, then like an hour later I tried to restart it but I got that problem 
What are your system specs, and does it have RAID drives?

I asked about system specs because it helps to have as much information as possible when troubleshooting. In this case, one of your system specs is exactly why you’re having the problem. This is a documented system hardware issue:

We are hoping that this problem will be able to be resolved with ZBrush 3.5. It’s not going to be possible to resolve it for 3.1.
