ZBrush to Second Life

Ok guys, im not sure where to post this but the tutorial section seemed best since i could find a general questions forum for new users. Anyway here is my issue. I make sculpted prims for Second Life and im having an issue with a ragdolls button eyes. Im trying to make sculpted buttons with the thread holes and everything. How do i do that? I have seen other developers make really really nice quality one prim buttons, but i havent the slightest idea of how, or where i should start. Keep in mind im reletively new to ZBrush, and am using 3.1. I have a working knowledge of how to make sculpts and export them, just dont know the technical aspects like how to make high quality products with one prim and how to make the button have actual thread holes in them.   Help would be amazing.

EDIT: I was also wondering if you guys could tell me how to bake and export texture maps while in HD geometry mode so i can get a really hi-def texture for a low poly object.

Hi there,

I also am a member of SL. One thing I would keep in mind is that most of the people here to my knowledge are not second life users. And the sculpted prim is an innovation unique to SL. If you already have your sculpting export method worked out for zbrush then that is good. But as far as sculpting sculpted prims your better off getting advice from a sculpted prim maker.
As there are so many variances in terms of the quality of sculpt you can achieve most of them having to do with the constraints of adapting your sculpt to a sculpt map for SL.
Check out the link below. This guy has some tutorials for uzing Zbrush to make sculpted prims.
