zbrush to maya workflow

if someone could be so kind to roughly explain me how does this workflow function? my main question is about uv’s. for example, if I sculpt character from scratch in zbrush, what are the next steps for exporting it to maya for rendering? most important is, when I’m doing uv’s and where? in zbrush or in maya? after or before retopology? thanks.
