zbrush to keyshot

I have sent my subtools to Keyshot for texturing and rendering. When I update a mesh in zBrush, and hit BPR to send it back to Keyshot, all of my carefully constructed materials get replaced with the zBrush red clay, and all my Keyshot materials get wiped out! What am I doing wrong? And how can i update the model if i make changes on zbrush??
Please help!

i using zbrush 4r8 p2 and keyshot 7.1

I contact keyshot and keyshot ask me to contact pixologic as pixologic is more familiar with the bridge in workflow.

This shouldn’t happen, ZBrush sends PolyPaint and Materials to KeyShot… hmmm…
Have you actually applied the material in ZBrush?
To do this you can either paint the material on, or make a selection (or do the whole object) and apply the material directly. Pick out the material you want, then Select M up at the top, and in the Color Menu hit Fill Object. Do this for anywhere you want the material to stick permanently. If you dont apply a texture to an area it will default to whatever material is active (in your case I think Red Clay).
Now, in the Render Menu look in the External Renderer pallet and turn on Group By Materials.

Remember also that you keep Polypaint color in KeyShot by dragging materials while holding down ALT, if you dont the Polypaint goes away.

That should do the trick.
