Zbrush to Cinema 4D

Is there anyone that knows how to export a Zbrush tool from Zbrush to Cinema 4d. Ive seen a tutorial that reverses the proceedure(Cinema 4d to ZB) Im looking to export a 3d tool from Zbrush to Cinema 4D. Thanks in advance for any info and help concerning.

Just export the tool as .obj and use the riptide plugin for import to preserve groups. In any case, it works also with the generic importer, just not so flexible. No brainer!

Thank you, makes sence. Ill give it a try :+1:

Many Thanks again dude. Works like a charm. Know a few people who were also asking about how to import a Zbrush object into CD4. Works perfectly.

When you start to deal with textures you might find that you have to flip the texture in ZBrush or C4D to make it match. There is an export setting in Zbrush so you do not have to do that every time. So, if your model comes in right, bt the texture looks very strange, then think about flipping it upside down, or right to left… can’t look right now. So… nothing wrong there… it’s just the projection. And you know… once people have the 50/50 chance of implementing things… the results will be spread 50/50 between both alternatives. Sometime left is right and up is down, and zero is the highest value and one is the lowest… And definitely check out the Riptide Plugin and donate a six pack to the author. most useful tool!

Good luck
