Zbrush to 3dsmax black out

Hello, this is my first post in zbrush central, love the software and have been using it for a while. I used the normal head tool and sculpted it and polypanited it. once in 3dsmax 2010 everything worked fine, but as i rendered the image, the top half of the head is just black.

I didn’t think to save the render but i can always re render.
