Zbrush to 3ds Max and UVwrapping

Hi, I have a Zbrush model finished and completely textured at 19 million polygons and one subtool, however I have a problem. It seems I have deleted the lower subdivisions, and reconstruct subdivision doesn’t seem to do anything.

What method would you guys advise me in getting my model into 3ds Max with UV-wrapping and textures applied? Or at least in recreating subdivision levels?

Reconstruct subdivisions always work unless you have modified the topology in high resolution. If that is the case you could be forced to do Zremesher and re project both geometry and texture. I suppose you are talking about polypaint.

If the model is composed by several pieces check if at least some of them can recover subdivisions separating them in subtools and trying again.

For pure luck you could try the option in modify topology “mergetris” that will remove some triangles to see if you can recover any subdivision.
