zbrush surface in renderman error

can anyone please help me.i took my zbrush decimated surface to maya, and i used renderman environment and ray tracing to get an occlusion effect,but zbrush decimated surface did not give any occlusion.same was case of reflection in renderman.please help.
in ordinary render it produce shadow,but raytracing is not working with zbrush surface.please HELP.below i provide its view port and test render.other two surface from maya produse nice oclussion but zbrush decimated surface didnot give.please HELP

try to do this:

combine zb object with a maya object,and then separate them.

That + the fact that renderman does not like tris as input.

I don’t know about your rendering workflow,but if your occlusion algorithm needs reflection ,you need to check the imported obj’s from Zbrush in Maya if your object’s/ shape node / render stats / visible in reflections is on.

There is bug in Maya that when you import objs, Visible in Reflection and Visible in Refractions is turned off.
