Zbrush suggestion: bend/curve tool

Not sure if there’s currently anything like this is zbrush, but this is something I would love to see implemented:

Basically I would love to see a bend/curve tool. It acts similar to the bend deformation, but it gives you the option to set the start and end points on the mesh using something similar to the transpose tool. So it works the same way as move/rotate/scale with transpose, but it bends the mesh using start and end pivots of the transpose tool as guide.

So if you have a cylinder and you want to turn it into bull horn, All you do it set one pivot at the base, then drag and place another pivot at the top of the cylinder, and then bend(perhaps using the center of the bend transpose tool).
