Suddenly zbrush started to crash randomly when I opened my project.
I uninstalled the program and installed it again. It worked fine for a day. But now it crashed every 5 minutes again, so I uninstalled it thinking that this would fix it like it did yesterday, but now I cant register or activate my product again.
I got a deadline on a school project in 4 days so I’m a bit stressed atm.
Whats wrong? How can I fix this?
In the future, if you need to uninstall please first deactivate using the Web Deactivation button found in the Zplugin palette within ZBrush. This immediately credits your account back so that the serial number can be used again right away.
Since you didn’t do that, when you get to the activation page that shows that you’re out of activations you’ll also be given a list of all activations that are currently counting against the serial number. Check off the ones that you forgot to deactivate and submit the form. This will create a support ticket so that we can manually adjust the serial number for you.
