Im currently reconfiguring the zbrush UI. Everything is going great but I have two Q:. First Q: is it possible to lock a document resolution of 1920w1200h so that every time one opens zbrush it is automatically adjusted. Second Q: is it possible to remove or prevent the zbrush start up screen?

doc size, yes. overwrite the default zbrush document that is loaded…it’s in the folder somewhere.
second. I don’t know.
See the online documentation. It’s linked in my signature. There’s a whole section on interface customization, including the startup document feature.
It is not possible to prevent the start screen. If you don’t want anything that it offers, just press Esc to dismiss it as soon as ZBrush finishes launching.
