Zbrush spotlight crash

I’m having this problem when trying to use the Nudge tool in Spotlight, whenever I try to nudge an image it crash.

I try other tools and they’re fine, I can use any tools in spotlight to work with texturing except for the nudge one. Can someone help me figure this out ?

Yes, I’m having the same problem, a couple of other people have reported the same but no one seems to be able to help. :frowning:

Seems it has been broken for a long time, in this discussion from 2011:

“i can’t use the nudge function in spotlight every time i try zbrush crashes. In previus version it works well”

Copypasta from: http://forum.cgpersia.com/f13/zbrush-4-r2-39718/index3.html#ixzz2mGGGkIFY

And another one more recent from 2012:

OK, made a discovery: If I load geometry into Z-Brush before adding a texture and using Spotlight Nudge the crash doesn’t happens. It only happens when immediately after launching Z-Brush with a blank scene you open a texture with spotlight and start to nudge.

Spotlight crashed whenever I pressed the Z key to begin painting on mesh. So I upgraded to 4R6, crashed .
So I made my texture file size smaller, decimated model to make smaller. Still Spotlight crashes upon pressing Z key to paint on model. Specs: Intel Mac 10.86. 8gigs ram.
Anybody??
