Zbrush Sculpture Explodes

I created a zsphere sculpt, applied adaptive skin, devided and sculpted my model, and saved it at its lowest resolution. Now, when I open the model and switch to a higher resolution it explodes. When I go to my highest resolution the program crashes. I have not imported or exported anything. The only thing I did out of the ordinary is Use Poseable Symmetry to try and force a symmetry map onto the model to use Smart Resym (it would not let me with part of my hidden). However, I did manage to save a back-up file at the higher resolution that I am now unable to return to. I believe this is a result of the vertex positioning being messed up. Do you know any way to fix this?

Once a model has become corrupted, there is not a way to fix it.

I recommend using the Save button found in SubTool Master. It has special routines that help avoid mesh corruption. I’m not sure they would have avoided this particular issue, but you can’t go wrong by using it.

Thinks Aurick! Next time I will try to save through Sub Tool Master. I had just started on this character any way, so it is not that big of a deal.
