The best way to fix them would be at the lowest level of subdivision, not a higher one. Geometry is easier to manipulate there, and you can pull individual points out with the move brush, and use the “inflate” brush much more easily along selected points. A basic smoothing should even out the underarm issue.
You don’t seem to have much detailing work done yet at the higher subD level, you might even consider deleting the higher levels, and getting your form right before subdividing. Always work at low suBD to get your form for as long as possible, then subdivide when you need more detail.
Then, before sculpting crowded areas in the future, you may consider hiding or masking geometry that you don’t want touched, and concentrating on a small area at a time ( finger by finger).
