My zbrush tool save has becomes disabled. I have tried out fresh reinstall of operating system but still the zbrush tools menu save remains disabled. Can somebody tell me what to do to restore my tool.
It sounds like your ZBrush installation has become corrupted. I recommend that you begin with a virus scan of your system.
You’ll need to uninstall ZBrush and delete its entire folder. Then reinstall ZBrush and follow the on-screen instructions to recover the license. (You can do that by phone or by support ticket.)
