I do alot of uving in Maya, then I import the obj back into Zbrush. Sometimes its fine but sometimes it will mess up the UV order. There are even times where I have fixed it and something I do in Zbrush will break them again. I noticed that when I hid part of the mesh it would mess up the uvs. Has anybody else had this problem? Never really noticed it with R5.
