On my geo toolbar my divide and everything is grayed out and I have no Idea how to fix it I have tried IntiZbrush but still nothing I have posted a pic so you guys and see this.

Could you show a screen shot of the entire interface; not just that one menu? Thanks.
I actually figured it out around 5 am i ended up just exporting an obj and the I reconstructed the lower 3 levels and now it works just fine.
