how can I run Zbrush without this problem?
In the main ZBrush folder there is a folder called Troubleshoot Help. You need to run the vcredist in that folder to install extra Microsoft files. The vcredist_2017_x64.exe will probably be enough.
I have installed all programs located in the file , but the problem still exists

You could also try updating your video card drivers or re-installing them.
